Part thirty-eight: Vitamin of happiness

 

B vitamins are primarily for mental health. They are responsible for the healthy nervous system, nervous tension, and mood. They also help in the process of carbohydrate absorption, i. e. the exchange of glucose for energy, which is supplied to the brain, among other things. Therefore, it improves the efficiency of thinking.

Individual vitamins also have their own functions as well;

B1 – Thiamine – heart and healthy bones.

B2 – Riboflavin – skin, hair and nails, anemia, oral diseases, immune system.

B3 – Niacin – sex hormones, cortisol, insulin, red blood cells, cholesterol, schizophrenia, intestines.

B4 – Choline – formation, and balance of cells, muscles, heart, brain, respiratory system.

B5 – Pantothenic acid – synthesis of fatty acids, cholesterol, steroid hormones, production of bile and red blood cells, prevents baldness and graying.

B6 – Pyridoxine – metabolism of protein and fat-soluble vitamins, supports muscles, blood pressure, muscle spasms, probably helps the treatment of autism.

B7 – Biotin – growth and development of the organism, condition of the skin and hair

B8 – Inositol – support by insulin sensitivity.

B9 – Folic acid – DNA synthesis, mood.

B12 – Cobalamin – red blood cell formation, metabolism, gene stability. Its deficiency is dangerous to your health.

B13 – Synthetic acid – metabolism, liver, multiple sclerosis.

B15 – Pangamic acid – cholesterol level, enlargement of blood vessels, liver cirrhosis and asthma.

B17 – Amigdaline – is found in fruit seeds and prevents the development of cancer.

Of course, seeing this list is the best way to use the complex of B vitamins. But I want to raise another method because I believe that the answer is in nature.

Thus, the best raw material for the well-being and total health of the entire body are:

Nuts and seeds

Nuts are the primary source where you will find these vitamins. It is best to consume them raw (i. e. not baked) to keep as many nutrients as possible. Be careful not to overeat, because they are high-calorie. Seeds are sunflower, pumpkin, flax and hemp seeds, but also fruit seeds. It is advisable to eat as much as it sits in one or two fruits. That’s because there’s arsenic inside.

Beans

Beans are not only vitamin B, but also protein, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, and vitamins A and C. Unfortunately, cooking this miracle is associated with a loss of nutritional value, so it is recommended to cook with the same water in which it was soaked. Many vegans eat only saturated, but you need to be immune to it. If you want to try, start real slow.

Spinach

You can eat as much as you want because it is low-calorie and has excellent nutritional value. It’s got protein, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium in it. In this case, too, you should eat raw, for example with salads or smoothies.

You should also consider the following products: beer yeast, brown rice, wheat germ, almonds, eggs, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, raspberries, mushrooms and mushrooms, avocados, buckwheat and oats, bananas, citrus fruit, radishes, peaches and pears, cabbage, tomatoes, potatoes, corn, carrots and cauliflower. And for omnivores also fish, liver, chicken, lobsters, shrimps, and soya.

Of course, the list is endless, so it’s worth reading about this vitamin of happiness. It will not only help you to regain your spirits; it will also improve your health. Consume the best raw and blended. Do not squeeze out juices, because the fiber contained in fruit and vegetables is essential for digesting food and sugars, but also for the excellent functioning of the digestive system.
